Amanda's Rhinoplasty Part 5: Rhineon Horn Reduction
Those tiny bumpy protrusions on the outside of either side of Amanda's nose near the corner of her eyes are called rhineon horns. They make her look a little harsh even though she isn't at all. Dr. Buonassisi smooths them which creates an overall more feminine and soft appearance to her face.
