Amanda's Rhinoplasty Part 3: Exposing Nasal Architecture
Warning! This video contains graphic content of a real patient having surgery. Do not watch if you will be offended. In this part of the video. Dr. Buonassisi has just finished making the z shaped columellar incision and can now expose the nasal architecture. This is where we can finally see the nose without the skin in place. Amanda is having tip refinement and tip rotation as part of her rhinoplasty - so an open rhinoplasty was recommended. This way. Dr. Buonassisi can make substantial modifications to her tip to get the best result for her.
You can also watch (no surgery footage here) – a 4 part documentary that follows Amanda as she consults with Dr. Buonassisi, has surgery and recovers.
